Lounge Area
The lounge area comprises both the lounge and the dining area with Satellite TV including ITV, BBC, Sky and local Spanish TV.
The stairs to the underground garage and first floor are at the back of the lounge. The large underground garage is fully secured with electric doors and staircase leading up to the ground floor.

Dining Area The dining area is spacious and light with seating enough for six, with a door leading to the back terrace area. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Ground Floor Back Terrace & Utility The ground floor back terrace is accessed from the kitchen, and has a utility area with washing machine, sink and cleaning utensils. Downstairs Toilet Just inside the front door is a toilet with hand-wash basin.
